We will offer multiple seating throughout the day from brunch to dinner service.  

**Please note that the 10am and 1pm brunch seatings are sold out!  

Brunch service: 

(seating at 10am or 1pm)

$30 per person (exclusive of alcohol, tax or gratuity)

your choice: 

all natural seared steak and eggs benedict or salmon eggs benedict

assorted breakfast breads and muffins

chocolate dipped strawberries

Dinner service: 

(seating times (3p, 4p, 6:30p)

$60 per person (exclusive of alcohol, tax or gratuity)

spring greens, radishes, grilled asparagus, Western Culture Farm chevre, 

citrus-herb vinaigrette

choice of: 

all natural beef tenderloin, raw milk herb butter,  whipped potatoes,  wilted greens

or 

pan-seared Verlasso salmon, whipped spring peas and potato, wilted greens, 

citrus beurre blanc
